Express Health Urgent Care in Bushwick

This urgent care is very clean and fast paced ! From the moment I entered to when I left the urgent care , I experienced only kindness and compassion. When you first enter you have to register using a scan code which is fast. My nurse Melissa in the room was so knowledgeable and caring . She made me feel very comfortable. And was very accommodating from when I entered until the very end. The doctor was kind. And helped me understand my situation better. I will return if I need to.

I was seen by the Dr within an 30 minutes of me checking in. They weren't busy which is so rare with urgent cares and it's just as good as any other. I really liked the Dr, he gave me great care instructions and seemed to really care about his patients and staff. I will be going to this urgent care next time I need.

What an excellent experience! Angie was quick and efficient, and got me scheduled to see a doctor almost immediately via telehealth. Thier app makes the process so quick and easy, even though they gave an option also on browser or over phone for registry. Dr Flores has amazing bedside manner. So pleasant and so thorough. Polite and professional. Kind, caring, and concerned for my well being. He made sure to send my prescriptions thru promptly to ensure I got the highest level of care. I felt like this doctor and clinic really care about me even though this was my first time visiting them. And all without leaving my house! All on telehealth. Great option for a busy multi-tasking individual! Once the visit was over I got a summary of my visit in my patient portal. So efficient and so profes

I love this place! It's nice and clean. EVERYONE is friendly from the boss to the receptionist to the Dr. Assistant and Doctor. Dr. Flores is so funny! I feel so comfortable over there and it's very clean. Everything went fast. The hospitality is outstanding. Godforbid anything else happens. I will be going back there.

This is the best urgent care I have been too. The front desk is clean and the ladies are very sweet and helpful. The doctors are excellent. Highly recommended. Best service.
