Everyone was awesome from the front desk lady to the nurse and doctor. I would go back again. The wait was not long. They called me at home with my blood work results the same night, so i wouldn't worry about it until the next day. One of the best medical places i have been seen by.

If you want actual medical attention do not go at the end of the day. I went at 5:30 they close at 8. It was obvious to me that the doctor didn’t want to actually help me in anyway because she told me that, I should be starting to feel better now and my symptoms should be starting to resolve themselves now, but they haven’t at all. So when you hear you should be doing better but you’re not you would assume they would be prescribing you something to help right? Wrong. She told me that I should just use some otc medicine that will either help clear up my symptoms or potentially make one of my most irritating symptoms worse, and if that doesn’t help then I should come back in a day or two. I have been to other express cares through the community health network and they have all been amazing. This particular location in Rutland is terrible! My boyfriend went there today to be seen by a doctor because he is very very sick. He used an at home test for Covid, which showed a positive result. He contacted his employer. His employer advised for him to stay home, but to just be seen by a doctor to confirm that positive test result. Which I feel is pretty standard practice you need a doctors note if you’re gonna miss work. My boyfriend is a veteran, but the closest VA emergency department is in White River Junction, and he did not feel like driving all that way, considering he’s extremely ill. If I could give them negative stars I would. Receptionist is insanely rude and unprofessional. I was lied to multiple times stating they had tried contacting me when they never did. My phone was in my hand, ringer on for hours while I waited in my car like instructed. Not once, but twice for a total of SIX hours while sick. Absolutely insane and disgusting way to treat those coming to you seeking help.

I won’t go back here. Please consider Clear Choice MD urgent care as a better option for your care. I’ve been dismissed twice when I have gone to Express Care. It turns out the first time I had cellulitis a very serious infection that was spreading. The infection was very visible bright red, hot to touch, swollen and spreading! The very definition of an infection. I was just given a steroid. But even before I was seen, I was mocked by the provider for why I came in the first place. It was from a bug bite. The second visit, again I was given a steroid for something that was an infection. It took me nearly two months to get into a specialist to tell me I had an infection. The entire time I’m battling an infection and feeling terrible. That same visit I had to urge them to take secondary test
