Express Care Pharmacy

The staff has always been friendly whether in person or on the phone and they get your prescriptions processed asap. I love that they do free delivery. I'm wondering if something has happened because I've been calling since Monday to get a refill of my prescriptions but only getting voicemail. I passed by there Tuesday and they were closed when they're supposed to be open Monday to Friday.

My dad had his meds going here for about a year then radio silent. Phone just rings with no answer. Had to make arrangements with another pharmacy to get him his meds. They didn't provide warning about the closure Very unprofessional when people need their medication.

I came to the pharmacy to fill out a survey concerning their product availability and pricing. I wasn't standing there for more than a minute before they asked if I needed help(probably a good thing). I told them I was okay at the moment I was filling a quick survey. The first person leaves me to what I was doing. An older rounder lady then addresses me again "Can I help you?" At this point I know they don't want me there. The round woman behind the counter starts to tell me how the owner doesn't want prices being surveyed, how the competition in the area is already rough enough, and I can't do what I'm doing. I'm not going to cause a ruckus but we did have a dead end conversation about stopping customers from taking pictures. I felt this was a certain level of stupidity and greed exposin

Why is this pharmacy closed..it's been close for at least a week..ppl need their medication..inform ppl if your permanently closed..be professionally

Workers were extremely rude and dismissive. Would avoid in the future.
