ExperCARE Urgent Care & Primary Care

I visited this urgent care this past Sunday and had a truly great experience with April and Matt, PA. They both handled me with genuine care and attentiveness. Matt quickly identified the issue without hesitation. He was confident in his assessment without being overbearing, and his sense of humor made the visit that much more comfortable. If I could, I would rate my experience with them a 10. It is clear they love what they do and take pride in doing it well. The receptionist was also a pleasure to work with. She was polite, calm, and welcoming, which set a positive tone from the moment I walked in. I did want to share a small concern as well. I called the office today, as Matt advised, because my headache had not improved. I understand that physicians are often cautious about adjusting

I came in with a problem with my left ear being filled with wax. For days I couldn't really hear out of it. Everything was muffled and it had a very "full" uncomfortable feeling. I know it sounds funny but this was my first time going to a doctor's office by myself and I was kind of nervous. However, When I arrived I was greeted by the young lady up front and she was so kind. As well as the 2 doctors that assisted me. I really wish I could remember their names cause I wanted to give them credit. They made me feel very comfortable with their uplifting attitudes. Most importantly helping me get my ear cleared. I promise you I can hear colors now lol. But I really appreciate them and their help seriously! The process was very quick and the doctor let me know why my ear keeps getting clogged.

Although I had not made a scheduled appointment beforehand, my walk-in experience was great!  Wait time, including completing usual new patient forms, was minimal.  The medical assistants were polite, welcoming, and professional. High praises for the PA, Elizabeth, who was compassionate, knowledgeable, and thorough - highly recommend ExperCare Urgent Care @Pooler, GA location.

Previously to my visit, I made an appointment online with ease. Also, I filled out all of the paperwork ahead of time. It was my first visit to this location. From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the attending physician, I felt welcomed and in good hands. I received x-rays and a prescription and already feel a lot better today. I give this urgent care a 10/10.

First time here and ive thoroughly appreciated the staff. From the front desk, to the Nurse, to the doctor, everyone has been amazing and accommodating, fully understanding and professional while also maintaining a comfortable and fun atmosphere. They made quick work of helping me with my health issues, and explained things thoroughly. Will return! Thank you Dr. Matthew and medical assistants Cathrine and Kim!
