I had a great experience at ExperCare Demopolis. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, which honestly makes a big difference. The Dr was very friendly and bubbly and just genuinely nice. The nurse practitioner was wonderful — she really took the time to listen, didn’t rush me, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense! The nurses were attentive and caring, and the lab tech was very professional and gentle , which I really appreciated. I also want to mention the very friendly lady at the back desk, she sat back there at a computer by the doctor/NP - she was so pleasant and helpful and made it easy and stress-free when I asked her a few questions. Dr. Hooper was awesome as always. Staff was friendly as well. Ms Wiggins was friendly and polite and answered all of my questions regarding checking my son in. Andrea the nurse was great to my son. He was scared of being at the doctor but she made his visit a great one. Glad to see smiles on his face. Thanks again!

One of the top medical experiences ever...And being 76 I've had more than a few contacts in the medical world...Everyone was top drawer and mega helpful...Doctor actually listened and began to solve my condition...

Been having pain in my back all the way down to my left arm. Went to Expercare, got checked in and got to the back in a timely manner. Staffing at the front desk was very welcoming and polite. When the Nurse Practitioner came in she was so polite and she took her time to check me out and explain everything. Then when the doctor came in he was polite and took his time to care for me and explain everything as well. I would highly recommend them both.

I made an appointment for my mom because her PCP didn't have any available appointments until next month. Everyone was so professional and friendly. When were in and out in a short amount of time. We left with the feeling our concerns were addressed and received excellent care.
