Exer Urgent Care - Glendora

Not the biggest fan of this Exer Urgent Care location, as it is consistently busy throughout the day and into the evening. Wait times really need to be addressed. There is an appointment option via the Solv app, but even appointments do not ensure you will be seen in a timely manner. There is typically just one Phyician's Assistant available. Increase this to two and wait times will be much shorter. I understand the systems can go down, which is understandable. Sometimes that can happen. It's also important that the front desk clerks are as welcoming as possible. That is not always the case at this location.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this urgent care. The wait times were horrible and completely disorganized. Different patients were being told different wait times, which felt inconsistent and unprofessional. What was most frustrating was the attitude from the front office staff. If I’m there, it’s obviously because I need medical care. Instead of feeling supported, it felt like they were trying to get me to leave rather than help me. I was also given a hard time for not having my physical ID, even though I provided other valid forms of identification. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. Patients come to urgent care because they need care. The front desk should demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and clear communication — especially during stressful situ

This is not an Urgent care! I walked in at 4:15 pm. No appointment because it is an urgent care facility, not a doctors office. After waiting 1 hr and 40 minutes I had 3 people ahead of me despite being the 1st person on the walking wait list for the past 45 minutes! I was told that it would be at least another hour if I was lucky. This is Asinine! Totally ridiculous! There is Nothing Urgent at this facility!

This is my second time coming to this urgent care and I won’t be going anywhere else. The whole staff is extremely welcoming. They are very friendly when checking in. Check in process is very smooth as well. I was there for about 40 mins, which is the fastest I’ve ever been in and out when going to an urgent care. The PA who took care of me was amazing, he seemed very caring about my reason for being there and answered all my silly questions I had with ease. When walking out the door EVERYONE thanked me for coming and to have a great day. I felt safe and seen.

Efficient, excellent, caring! My only complaint would be that my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I always go to the pharmacy on grand and Badillo in Covina and I confirmed this when asked. My prescription was to grand in Glendora. It did created not only having to drive to 2 pharmacies, but also difficulty picking up the prescription because of the multiple questions asked. My point, please double check the patient’s pharmacy information before sending. However with that said, many thanks to the staff Andre, Edgar, Dr Moore-Cohen! Excellent care!
