We had a horrible experience with Laurie. After being kept waiting an hour for my mom’s appointment, we (regrettably) placed an order for hearing aids with Laurie. We were lead to believe we’d get the hearing aids the following week, but after 3 weeks and numerous missed commitments, half-truths/lies and a long list of excuses, still no hearing aids. Finally, I cancelled our order and requested a full refund. Laurie promptly agreed and promised the refund that evening. But for several days now, I’m still getting the runaround and am awaiting the refund. It turns out that Laurie has been moving offices, which is understandably stressful and chaotic. She is really good. She brought me back to my childhood days when my parents use to take me to the ear doctor which was always a pleasant time. She helped me tremendously, and even figured out what physicians couldn’t. She helped the physicians figure out what they were suppose to figure out 🤭. She is a blessing and is so-so kind-hearted 🥰 God thank you for Laurie 🤲

I’m a disabled Vet with intense hearing traumas, during my evaluation from the moment I stepped in I was treated exceptionally well, the front desk staff spoke with true concern and professionalism. When I went into the back for the actual service Dr. Lauri couldn’t have been more gracious and helpful. She explained what would happen instead of just staying silent and doing all kinds stuff to me. Response time to email and the sheer willingness to help with further concerns/issues was impeccable! By far the greatest experience for audio testing I could have received. Highly recommend, she really cares.

Laurie Bornstein is an excellent audiologist, and mentor. Her knowledge of hearing aids and diagnostic services is 5-star. She is a mentor to audiologists, and students all over the country. She is incredibly caring. She is highly recommended!
