Exceptional Living Centers

There is no accountability with the administrative team. If I call to set up transportation, discuss finances, or need to discuss my mom's needs, they do not return phone calls even when leaving voice messages. I must continue to call numerous times over weeks to finally get a live person. It is time consuming and unnecessary.

The staff for the most part are nice. But there is not enough staff to take care of all of the people who are in the facility. My mom is there and many times has to wait much longer than she should when she needs something. I feel that they need to bring their staff up to meet the needs of the amount of people who are there. It would make it a better place for the people who are there to live since they don't have a choice but to be there for their needs.

Visited a patient twice and found the facility to be clean and brightly lighted snd nicely decorated. Beautiful shiny floor caught my eye first. Friendly staff. More upbeat atmosphere than most similar facilities I’ve visited. They also seemed to be attentive to the residents needs and care.

Glasgow Health and Rehab are taking care of my brother who has altzheimers. The personnell taking care of him are great. Friendly and keep me informed about him. I feel we as a family made a great choice for his care I now live in FL and I am notified of any chages by the staff. I dont get to do personal visits however I have family and friends still there. Who get to visit with him occasionally

The Staff , we're friendly and helpful also a fairly clean place well kept . My wife made friends there and if need be I will Rely on this Facility for her care in the future.
