Do not bother with this dental office. They called me to confirm my appointment for today per their voicemail they left on my phone. When I called back 2 minutes later to say I was coming, they told me they had water pressure issues. It took me four months to get a teeth cleaning appointment, and last time, they closed the office without notifying me, causing me to take a day off work unnecessarily. Do not bother with this dental office. This office is completely unprofessional, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking serious dental work.

Dr. Cross is wonderful!!! I was determined to find him again after years of not knowing where his new location was after Katrina. I search and searched and finally found him. He really cares about his patients teeth. I live at least an hour away, but I wouldn’t want anyone else to touch my teeth so I made that drive and will continue. I love Dr. Cross!! Mrs. Kenyata was at the front desk and took care of me. She was really nice, helpful, and accommodating!!! Fantastic Customer Service!! Mrs. Lyndsey took my x-rays. She was very nice!! She did a great job. Picture Perfect 😁 Mrs. Lynn, the dental hygienist cleaned my teeth and she did an exceptional job. She was extremely nice and accommodating. She continued to make sure I was ok throughout the entire process. I loved that!! M

Worst dentist ever. First visit just for an X-ray. Told me I had one cavity on the same day but didn’t fill it. Had to come back to get it filled 3 weeks later. Then they told me to come back to get my teeth cleaned in 2 weeks for $28 when my insurance covers all of it and They only have one dentist. This was a year ago. My teeth still hurt.

The staff members are amazing. The attention to each individual patient & their dental needs superseded any other clinic I've visited. I appreciate they're honesty & knowledge!

I had such a good experience here! All of the staff were very kind and helpful, and Dr. Cross was kind, honest and informative. I will happily be back!
