If I could’ve left a comment without putting even one star I would have. They scheduled me for deep cleaning, they called my insurance and verified coverage. Had me pay my portion at the time of service, in November 2024, which was paid inn full. Haven’t heard a word since then, actually was scheduled for another cleaning, but had to reschedule it so I haven’t been back in 2025 at all. Then I get an almost $1500 bill in the mail IN JUNE 2025 saying that my insurance isn’t covering the deep cleaning and I owe them for the services. I called the office and spoke with Angie Hendrix first, I tried to tell her that I did have coverage, that I was looking at the website and there were no claims submitted from their office at all, and that they actually had called my insurance and verified it pr
Despite Dr. Whitehead being bald (he’s not completely bald mind you) he’s a fantastic Dentist. He’s sensible, doesn’t push hard on procedures that aren’t truly necessary and is easy going. The staff is also great! If you say the secret password “clean teeth” to one of the receptionist, they give you a free tooth brush or a high five (your choice). I will continue to go hear as long as I’m allowed.
Would not recommend! Ever since dr houk and craven left all the new dentists are after money and procedures you don't need!
I’m extremely disappointed with the care I received here. This office placed crowns over infected root canals on two of my front teeth—not once, but twice. One of the teeth had a visibly fractured root canal (pictured), and despite showing up for a scheduled 2-hour crown appointment, they sent me home with no treatment, allowing the infection to worsen. I returned multiple times with complaints of pain and bad breath, only to be brushed off with “there’s no nerve in that tooth.” That kind of dismissive and negligent response cost me both teeth. One had to be surgically removed. I now have to deal with thousands in corrective procedures, months of pain, and the emotional impact of losing my front teeth at 23 years old. Attempts to resolve this directly with the office went nowhere. Avoid
After telling them I was an excruciating pain, I had to wait an hour for my appointment. And then the dentist wanted to argue with me to the point that I was so irritated I growled at her. I will never go back.
