CVS Pharmacy

Excellent pharmacy... I just wish there was some way to call them on the phone.

I have been using this pharmacy long. Enough that they usually have my medications. Ready and waiting when they are due and they usually fill them pretty quickly so I don't have as many complaints about this cvs

Easy access and good parking. Service is always fast and friendly!

I have only about a 50% success rate at this location of getting what I come for. My insurance makes us use CVS, and this is the only one in town. The automated phone system will not put you through to anyone in the building. I have to visit ahead to ask if they have what I need and the information I get is often inaccurate. If a doctor sends a prescription to them electronically, it might take a week to get with no communication unless you go to the store. I get text messages that tell me prescriptions are ready, then show up to confused staff that can't find information on why it's not ready or there. I have even literally checked with the pharmacist in person before leaving prescriptions that the order is in stock, give them a day to fill it, come back and get told that they can't

CVS in Excelsior Springs is always a pleasant visit. I had the experience of having Danielle the Pharmacist to wait on me. Such a pleasant visit! Love her!
