My family came for an annual check-up, and the doctor was very patient and kind to my child. The front desk staff provided excellent service, carefully explained my insurance benefits and coverage, and even had a great sense of humor, which helped ease my stress during the visit. I will definitely continue choosing this clinic for our future appointments.

Front desk has super poor communication skills. Check with insurance for 2 hours and chatting with colleagues all the time, from what car to buy to their family chores. Ended up sending wrong bills and the front desk does not admit what they have done and said everything is the lab's responsibility. Wanna hang up the phone all the time, no attitude of solving issues. Don't go this place if you don't want to waste your time😅😅😅😅

Had me waiting two hours, every time I ask, they say I’m next and I keep waiting. the people that showed up after me got seen before me. They have no respect for their patients time.

I had a fantastic experience at this clinic! Dr. Xin was professional and attentive, clearly explaining everything. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and caring. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Dr. Xiaoling is amazing and is very informative and shows that she cares. I would recommend her over and over again. Thanks for all you and your staff do. Excellent office environment and I felt welcomed from day one…. Also may I add that I never have to wait!!!!
