This is the most cleanest, professional, caring therapy facility I’ve ever been to. The staff is amazing and welcoming to everyone who enters. When I leave I always feel better than when I come in, they truly know how to treat each injury correctly. I appreciate them and how they treat everyone with respect and kindness, Dash and John are my guys there and they are fantastic.

I had an appointment today at 5:00 p.m. August 12, 2025 which I waited for a whole month that the Latino lady scheduled me because Dr. Chew, Pain Management Doctor canceled my original appointment date. I get there and the Latino lady tells me I didn't have an appointment that she gave me. I am pissed now. I came way up there to be told that. This was going to be my first appointment with Dr. Chew. Dr. Chew saw me in the waiting room upset telling the lady she is unorganized and it not my fault and I should be seen but she tells me I have to reschedule. Dr. Chew would not see me. I don't ever want her to see me. Thanks to Deb who helped me to see another doctor on Monday.

Best place to go to for recovery. They genuinely care about your recovery and getting you better. Primary doctor (Pavlou), Injection doctor (Lamb), pt specialists (Stephanie) all very efficient. 10/10
