Does not disclose they are out of network with your insurance. Tries to get patient to agree to being admitted to hospital at 11am even though all tests are normal and you have no chance of a heart event. Wants you to agree simply to perform a stress test that won't be administered until the following day. Sends a bill 4 months later for close to $1200 for a 5 minute consult.
