Excel Urgent Care of Marine Park

My First & Official visit to this Urgent Care & I don't think I'll go to a different one. Not only is the location convenient & clean, but the professionalism & patient service provided is Beautiful. Needless to say that NANCY, who's the first line Of Beauty & Professional, is Gorgeous & Amazing, she's extremely pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, oh & I did I "forget" to mention She's Beautiful!? The doctor I saw also mirror these same sentiments. The Woman there (I didn't see any males) are Amazing, & Beautiful, but MOST IMPORTANTLY PROFESSIONAL & CARING!!! I was entered in the system, seen, & set free before I knew it & they totally earned the name URGENT CARE!!! 💯% 🏆

I traveled to this location based on a recommendation. While the wait was fairly long due to being understaffed that day, the experience was made much better by the PA. She was delightful, professional, caring, and clearly very competent. The staff’s kindness and attentiveness truly stood out and made the visit worthwhile despite the delay.

Came here today with my Husband with a 103.3 fever . The wait time was horrendous, almost 3.5 hour wait and the girl at the front desk was letting people in before us. They had no appointment!! If I wasn’t so desperate, I would have went some where else . The Time management needs be better , they take their sweeet sweeet sweeet time here. I would of been better off going to a Citymd.

The front desk was nice, the Nurse Practitioner was very nice and thorough. The only complaint I have is that the assistant I saw before the NP came in, to do all the testing, came in and out of the room about 3 times with the same pair of gloves on. When he was about to open all the sterile equipment to test I had to ask him to change his gloves since he just touched all the doorknobs. He did it with no problem but I shouldn't have had to ask. I am a healthcare professional and know infection control procedures. Your staff should know something as simple as this.

Go there early. Staff was nice. One thing I noticed was that there was about a good 10-15 minute period where there was no one at the front desk. In that time the phone must’ve rang a dozen times. And there were a couple people waiting a good while before they were helped. They also only had one person at the desk. Phone would ring while others being helped. In honesty this was the day after Christmas. So perhaps they were short staffed because of holiday.
