I visited the clinic last week while I was feeling unwell, and from the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. Jerlein, at the front desk, greeted me with a warm smile and kindness that immediately put me at ease. Shortly after, Destiny assisted me with great courtesy and attentiveness, showing sincere concern for my symptoms and overall well-being. It was one if not the best experience I have had in a health care facility. From Dr Hekerem’s professional medical advice, to the nurses and the front desk, I had a blast and I am definitely bringing my family and friends to that facility. They were very professional, friendly, courteous, caring, and above all, they are very knowledgeable about the profession. Thank you to Dr Hekerem, Christina, and Reyna for the love care encouragement and support I received today.

I recently visited Excel Urgent Care in Katy, Texas for a job physical, and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff were friendly, efficient, and made me feel at ease. The doctor was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The process was quick and seamless, and I was in and out in no time. The facility was clean and modern, and the location was convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Excel Urgent Care to anyone needing urgent care or occupational health services. Thanks for a stress-free experience!

The doctor here was very patient with all my questions and very helpful. He was thorough and made certain we checked my meds with interactions / meds that should not be taken together as well as any that might cause sleep issues. He also even knew of a pharmacy that was open late since my closes early on Sundays.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I went there three separate times, and each time I waited between 45 minutes to over an hour. There was no sense of urgency, no proper communication about the delay, and no effort made to accommodate customers who had already been waiting far too long. After the third visit with the same issue, it’s clear this is not a one-time problem but a pattern. Respecting customers’ time should be a basic standard of service. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend unless you are prepared to wait a long time without explanation.
