Staff was amazing and the nurse practitioner was amazing. I was extremely nervous. Going into a new doctor, but they made everything feel great welcoming. This will be my doctor forever. Great bed side Adam Figliola, FNP-BC (Nurse Practitioner Hands down great !!! 😊

I love Excel - So much so that I've recommended my friends there. Dr. Suzanne Wallis and Adam (I can't remember his last name) are both great. Appointments are NEVER an issue to get. They are very accomodating. Additionally, my blood work can be done in clinic which is always a plus for me. You just have to make sure to schedule on a Tuesday or a Thursday for in clinic labs. Pre-auths and forms needing to be filled out is never a hassle - always smooth. Front desk staff are all polite and sweet. I'm not sure about these other reviews, I'm not minimizing their experiences - mine however have been right in line with all their other positive reviews.

I was sharing my Dr’s info with my friend and came across the reviews and the bad ones, I can’t even understand why they are talking about and then good ones I couldn’t agree with more. My babies as well as myself have been patients at this office for over 4 years and I have NEVER EVER had an issue. Even last minute cancellations on my part and they never even said a word. Very understanding, kind, caring and so helpful. If you’re looking for a family Dr, this place is worth taking a look at for sure!

Made an appointment several weeks ago as a new patient and they called me 18 hours before my appointment and cancelled me stating that I’m too old. I feel like I dodged a bullet here because if their customer service is this bad up front I don’t want any part of them. Maybe the person that made the appointment with me when I gave them, my birthdate could have done the math and figured out how old I was before they made the appointment.

Absolutely adore Suzanne! We have been with her for 10 years now and she’s always so attentive. Everyone in this office is always so professional and friendly! Always on top of things, I brag all the time how wonderful my doctors office is!!!
