I’ve had the pleasure of working with Frank and I’m so grateful to have him as my PT. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, attentive, willing to teach, explain and answer any questions you might have. He is extremely professional which makes me comfortable and makes me feel supported. Noah is an amazing, fun aide who I’ve enjoyed working with and Michael as well!! I can’t recommend them enough! I’ve been in therapy for roughly two months after my hip surgery and I’ve made great progress, thank God. For the environment, this has been the best I’ve experienced in NY. They’re clean, timely with check ins and the space doesn’t feel as cramped as some others I’ve been to.

I came to Evolve post surgery of a shattered knee. Dorothy is my pysical therapist. She is professional and uber efficient yet warm and compassionate at the same time. She works me hard and I am Thank God progressing at a steady rate and with doing my prescribed daily excersises, I feel the fruits of my labor, or I should say Dorothy's labor. I must add that ALL the Assistants ( Noah is my primary) are wonderful as well. I am amazed how Dorothy multi tasks and can see me doing my excersises while she is attending to another client. The over all vibe in the room is friendly and fun with everyone being encouraged to make the best out of their own personal hardships. I am lucky that I have Dorothy but wouldn't hesitate to use any of the very high qualified therapists as well.

I'm so happy that I found Evolve Physical Therapy, I have been coming here since November 2025, my injury is a meniscus tear and and a torn Acl. I am paired with an exceptional Physical therapist Hasen. Since starting my therapy my range of motion has improved so much. I'm no longer using my cane and climbing the stairs isn't as hard as it once was, the improvement in such short time is amazing. Hansen has tailored exercises for me at my pace and strength, he communicates everything thing with me on the exercises , the machines we use the pain I feel and why im feeling it and ways to continue my treatment at home. Frank and his assistants (Noah, Anu, & Mike) have been nothing short of great working with while I have been rehabbing my hip post op. Their attention to detail, positive vibes, and work ethic is strongly appreciated during these past few months. As a former college athlete with a history of surgeries, Frank’s knowledge in physical therapy and open communication with me on how I’m feeling from a day to day basis is one of kind. Again, thank you Frank and crew for all your hard work. Looking forward to continuing this relationship with evolve and achieving more physical goals!!

I highly recommend this Physical therapy location. My therapist is Shonell, and she is amazing 🤩! She is personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She always checks in on how I am feeling and makes a plan catered to regaining my strength and working towards achievable goals. Since starting here my back health has tremendously improved giving me hope for meeting all my goals! The office is clean and all the other staff : Gorkem, Gylia, Mike and the whole team are so great, funny and create a positive fun atmosphere where working out is enjoyable! Thank you 🙏🏽
