Vera is a Fantastic salesperson who is now at Zales Outlet Mall by Bass Pro Shop in LR, Ar. My entire family and many friends have followed her from Zales in Park Plaza to where she is now. Vera has been our person for at least 26 years . She is reliable , dedicated , and does all she can to make sure we receive the best customer service . She is like family to us . She greets customers either a warm radiant smile . Vera follows thru with commitments to provide the best of her and what Zales had to offer. She is a great asset to Zales . I called the information number the same day I got the first text notification that the script was being prepared. I did so in order to understand when the package would arrive so I would be sure someone was home to get it, because I have outdoor dogs that destroy packages and it must be kept cold. I was assured I would be notified when it was on its way. The delivery date i had first asked for was January 10 so someone would be home. It did not ship until after January 10. I arrived home very late in the evening on the 13th. My husband carried the package in from where he found it laying with a lot of othe r junk in our garage. I had failed to see it at all. It was left where the dogs had free access to it and was warming up in the outside temps. This type of delivery doesn't work if

I am somewhat disappointed. My prescription was sent in last Friday. I called Wednesday of this week, since I hadn't heard anything, and was told they were working on it. As of today, Friday, still no communication. So I called and they said it was ready. I get my prescription and the date, it said it was filled, on the bottle was Monday. So I ended up waiting an entire week for medication because nobody thought it was necessary to communicate with me. Your reviews show a lot of this issue. You may want to address and fix this before you lose more customers. I think I'll try another pharmacy for now.

My provider is the one who sent my prescriptions here because they do compounding. I've had several issues and delays with my prescriptions; not sure if they were from my provider's end or the pharmacy's but frustrating, none the less. Most of the time when I call, I get a wonderful and helpful person on the line. I called on a Monday and had a friendly lady assisting me but when I still hadn't heard anything about my shipment by Wed, I called and spoke with a man who said they had no record of me calling on Mon and he seemed frustrated with ME like it was my fault. He said they sent a text to me about my prescription the week before but I never received such text. I waited again and then called a few days later and spoke with a nice lady who assured me that my medicine would be shipping

There was some mix up in my medication not being refrigerated in transit. Kelly the pharmacist promptly arranged a reshipment free of charge. Phu helped facilitate the reorder. This pharmacy is phenomenal!
