Everlasting Smiles: William Ma DMD

I HATE going to the dentist and I have severe anxiety over it to the point that I just won't go. But Everlasting Smiles is completely different, it's something really special. Everyone is so kind and remembers you personally, they go out of their way to put you at ease and they're very encouraging through the entire process. Brenda is so incredible and the absolute best hygenist I have ever gone to in my entire life. I would go in literally hyperventilating from anxiety and she would take the time to converse with me about life, traveling, and and pretty much anything. Her coworker (I believe her name is Roxanne) is so warm and friendly and there have been times she's made me laugh out loud while I'm sitting there with my jaw wide open. Delightful experience. Upon entering, very clean and front staff was very helpful and cordial. After meeting Dr Ma and discussing a dental plan I agreed he had the best plan for me...just have to wait to see what my ins will decide. I have to mention Dr Ma's dental asst is quite the girl...funny, makes u feel comfortable, very pleasant and very thorough. I would return def return here. Good experience!

Going to the dentist always makes me so nervous, but Dr. Ma and the whole staff at Everlasting Smiles has changed that for me. They’ve been kind and welcoming since the first day and have literally put a smile back on my face. Dr. Ma has very light and confident hands. I 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist. Shout out to Erica for being so gentle and explaining everything to me today and to Roxanne for always making me laugh and being sweet enough to hold my hands while I was getting my first anesthesia. I’ve since moved out of Palm Beach area, and I fly back just to see Dr. William Ma. He is phenomenal! He is one of the best in his profession, a perfectionist which is our benefit, every procedure he performs is simply PERFECT!! You are in the best of hands here. And the office staff is the kindest, and warmest people in the Palm Beach area. Look no further.

I’ve had such an amazing experience. The staff is very kind and pleasant and Dr. Ma is so thorough , gentle and a true perfectionist. He gave me my smile back. Definitely go see him for all your dental needs. Highly recommend this office.
