As a former patient I was on the rehab side. I can say on my personal experience it was one of the better facilities. I had an amazing nurses! Some cna’s were good some not the best but over all good experience. Supervisor in the evening during the week is so very pleasant! Nurse Amanda made me feel very welcome and always was coming in to check in on us. There were few cna I don’t remember there names but always came in with a smile and friendly! I would recommend this facility thank you everyone there for everything

Kind and professional.staff. nurses and CNAs were attentive and great Therapy gave careful And attentive active workouts. I was pleasantly surprised at the whole facility and not at all unhappy that I spent my surgery here. Thank you all for what you did, you made an uncomfortable experience easier. Merry Orlando

I came into Evergreen Woods one week after a fall, landing on my butt. Had been in hospital in North Georgia for 5 days. Unable to move my left leg,or bare any weight without excruciating pain.. I had requested coming to Evergreen as I had been here and rehab when I had my knees replaced. Great rehab meant great progress. Since coming in this time I have been able to get therapy twice a day, seven days a week. Have been here two weeks and I am able to stand and transfer to wheelchair, bed, toilet and in and out of my car 🚗. The rehabilitation department has a good leader, great scheduling with the staff. Have been having different techs, but all are coordinated with my care. Everyone has such a positive attitude and encouraging each session. Very patient when I was trying to get the left l

The rehab at evergreen woods was fabulous. They got my mother in law up and moving immediately. She made great progress in just one week and was able to be discharged after breaking her femur. Tom and his team were wonderful, patient and full of smiles. I highly recommend rehab!

My mom has been here for over a month for rehab for a broken hip. I am very happy with her care here. The physical therapy is wonderful as are all the therapists. They really care and encourage you. The nursing and CNA staff are also very caring. Shout out to nurses Justine, Amanda and Trish. CNA ‘s Judy, Cheryl and Colleen. NP Hillary. Physical therapists Hailey, Josh, Tracy and Sherri. Support staff Andrea and Barbara. I’m forgetting another night nurse and CNA because their names escape me but they are great too as well as many others. The staff is like a big family and they are a well oiled machine and keep me updated on everything. Even the front desk has a smile when you arrive for a visit .
