Evergreen Urgent Care

I was really impressed. They got me in a few minutes early of my appointment time, doctor was crazy friendly but efficient and got me out in 20 minutes. Despite being in and out so quickly the staff made me feel heard and welcome. Their in-house testing had me with results in an hour and I had the meds I needed prescribed to get better! New favorite urgent care.

First time attending this clinic, great attention and support overall! All the med assistants and staff were kind and informative. It’s a very warm and welcoming environment, definitely recommend! The scheduling process was fast and accommodating. We were also attended promptly which was so nice.

The best healthcare experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was very nice to me and genuinely wanted to help me feel better. They also went out of their way to check with different pharmacies and find me coupons to keep my medication affordable. I’ll be coming here for as long as I live in Portland without a doubt.

I had an excellent experience at Evergreen Urgent Care and feel genuinely grateful for the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. I was seen quickly, and the facility itself was very clean and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. The PA and the physician’s student were outstanding. They took their time to really listen to my concerns rather than rushing through the visit. Their approach was thorough and thoughtful they checked everything carefully and made sure no concern was overlooked. Although I came in for one issue, they went above and beyond, ultimately recommending further testing to ensure nothing serious was missed. That level of diligence and clinical awareness is something I deeply appreciate

I’ve had multiple great experience here. Scheduling is easy and we were seen quickly. The clinic is clean, and every staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind and attentive. The providers are thorough and took time to address all concerns. Would absolutely come back and recommend to others.
