Dr. Chai is awesome! She really takes her heart to help you recover from illnesses. Very nice lady. I enjoyed her professionalism. The front desk staff need to improve their customer service. They were not very nice when I visited. The clinic is very clean. Overall, Dr. Chai is a great doctor. :)

Dr. Chai is highly conscientious and trustworthy! During yesterday's ice storm in Atlanta, everything was closed. I called the clinic with little hope and found it was indeed closed. Unexpectedly, half an hour later, Dr. Chai called back personally, conducted a phone consultation, and arranged an in-person appointment for me the next day. This deeply moved me.

Dr. Chai is a great physician. I have been coming to her for about 8 years now. She has great bedside manner. Equally important, I have never had a billing dispute with her office because her and her staff are transparent and thoroughly understand all of the insurance plans her office accepts. Due to this my family and I have never had to worry about a surprise bill!!!!! I strongly recommend her practice to everyone!

Dr Chai was so patient while listening to my concerns. She takes her time to get to know the patient completely and gives suggestions accordingly. Overall I had a great experience at this clinic. Everyone here was so polite and friendly. Definitely recommend this place for annual check ups.
