I have been seeing Dr Pham for a couple years. Here’s what you need to know. This doctor is up front and honest. He will not recommend expensive facial creams nor sell them in his office, something that other cosmetic derms do, in many countries they do. Does not recommend treatments that aren’t effective or cost effective. Every treatment guidance he’s given me has worked and he’ll tell you what he doesn’t know. Explains exactly how the system works. Spends more time with patients than most doctors.

Worst clinic I even visit . No client no receptionist.. only one doctor he do it all . when I make appointment I ask him I am give you my insurance information you check . He say he will check when I come to the office. So I make appointment spend 30 minute drive to the office. at the office he start calling the insurance ask for my benefit and eligibility, ask my co pay ask what is surgeries copay . I am not even come for surgery. I take my son for eczema issue on the leg . , etc . I waited for him 15 minutes to call the insurance. because I have high deductible he need to collect my treatment money first which is about 180 . Plus my copay 90 . It is ridiculous. Even though my copay is high or I didn’t met . You have to submit to file the insurance claim. doctor office always have contrac

I came to see Dr. Pham for my skin and hair. Dr. Pham is a straightforward, compassionate, and intelligent physician who took the time to listen to all of my concerns and gave me a thorough explanation without trying to sell me any gimmicky products. I appreciate his simple yet effective approach to medicine, and I will continue to see Dr. Pham in the future.

Terrible experience... Cash up-front, no credit/debit cards. I was told to "Go to the ATM.
