Dr. Kane and the entire team at Evergreen Animal Hospital have been absolutely incredible to our family. For the past five years, Dr. Kane took wonderful care of both of my dogs, and I truly cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. Dr. Kane is everything you hope for in a veterinarian — knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, and genuinely compassionate. He always took the time to explain things clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I felt confident in the care my dogs were receiving. I never once felt rushed, and I always knew my dogs were in the best hands. The entire team at Evergreen Animal Hospital is just as amazing. They are warm, caring, and welcoming, and they clearly love the animals they care for. They were always able to get us in when we needed an appointmen

We've been bringing our cats here for nearly 30 years, and there's a reason we keep coming back. Dr. Hankwitz has been our primary veterinarian since 2005, and we've also had wonderful experiences with Dr. Marks more recently. Both are calming, gentle, and truly compassionate with our pets. What stands out most is their availability – they've been there for us when we needed them most, helping keep our cats healthy through the years. The quality of care and our relationship is very important to us. Even though we no longer live in Gig Harbor, we still make the 20-mile drive because we trust them completely. If you're looking for a veterinary practice that genuinely cares about your pets and builds lasting relationships with clients, this is the place.

We loved our first appointment at Evergreen with our senior dog and new rescue puppy. We felt heard when we brought up all of our concerns, and the vet was super patient with all of our questions. She didn’t dismiss us or rush through the appointment. She took the time to walk us through everything and expertly answered our questions. We really appreciated that they all seemed to care so much about our dogs! We came from a different vet who often dismissed our concerns and seemed more concerned about making money off of our visits. The staff at Evergreen wasn’t like that at all, and it was a refreshing difference! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to continuing our dogs’ care at Evergreen.

The veterinarian that helped me was fantastic, and really took great care of my pet. The rest of the staff are nice as well. However, I was charged for service and then I was offered to see what I was charged. Which is when I pointed out to the receptionist I was double billed. Then I learned they hold the money they mistakenly charged for 2-5 days. Also they cut my dogs quick on two nails with the nail trimming, if I wanted to overcut 10% of her nails I could have just done it myself but I was paying someone so that wouldn’t happen.

The Dr. my cats see here is amazing. I have been to a lot of veterinarians because of health issues with kitties and I trust this one the most out of all I have seen. She's been there at every step of the way. It really is worth every penny for our babies to be treated so well. Thank you Evergreen!
