THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! Terrible place with ignorant staff. I call up because my elderly mother fell on her hand and dislocated her finger, I called up here twice asking the staff if someone has a dislocated finger could they help them, I called TWO SEPARATE TIMES, the receptionist lied with no hesitation and told us Yes. We get there, and see that they have a sign that states they do X-Rays, I get to the front desk and not ONLY do they NOT have an X-Ray (from their own words), the doctor looked at us and immediately told us we couldnt be helped. I asked them why would the woman on the phone tell me yes, and all they could say is "Some people dont know" are these medical professionals not properly trained????? Why do you have re

I came to the urgent care here over approximately 2 years ago. I was so impressed with the quality of care ,cleanliness of facility and the friendliness of the staff, that i made Everest Urgent & Primary Facility, my primary doctor. You can call and ALWAYS get an appointment in a timely manner. Dr Li and Dr Lu are the best. They not only care about your physical health but your mental health as well. Continued success with the business.

This clinic now only care about money, they want you see them more often because they can charge you, and even though you yearly check up, they ask you copay, because they said dr need to give you prescription. And that Call “Dr Fengzhi Liu”, take 5 mins to see you and send you out , if you ask her more question, she will said she has a lot patients to see. Bad experience.

This was my second time at this particular location and I needed something minor. I am never seen and it appears that they prioritize the patients who are Asian first. There have been people who walk in after me and is seen before me. I thought that maybe the first time it was fluke but it happened again. I won’t recommend this place for Blacks. It appears as if they care for the Asian population first and more racism in medicine shouldn’t be accepted

My experience here was absolutely fantastic. I accidentally brought an expired insurance card, but the front desk staff were incredibly patient and friendly, helping me look up my new insurance information without any hassle. The clinic offers multilingual services, which made my visit much more convenient. I highly recommend Dr. Xiaodi—she was extremely patient in understanding my condition and prescribed the most suitable medication based on my insurance coverage. Additionally, the front desk staff went the extra mile to check the details of my insurance reimbursement, which I truly appreciated. I am very grateful for their excellent care and service. I will definitely recommend this clinic to my friends whenever they need medical attention!
