This medical facility is by far, the best I have been to in my life. Starting with the phone call to make my appointment ( for the same day), I was routed to a different location because the clinic by me wasn't open yet. This didn't matter to the lady that was very pleasant and took the time to make me an appointment at the other location instead of just saying call back in 30 minutes. Once I arrived at the location everyone was very pleasant and took the time to listen to me and give sincere suggestions and advice on my medical issues. AT NO TIME did I ever feel like I was being rushed, they took the time to make sure everything was good and all of my questions were answered. I just left from seeing Dr Steven and I had a great visit. I called a few other urgent clinics and none of them had any openings but they did with no appointment. I received X-rays,bloodwork,EKG,breathing treatment all in about a hour.The whole medical staff was very polite and helpful throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this clinic if you live in Channelview.

Went to recently opened Urgent Care on Wallisville Road. Conveniently located near my home in Channelview. Did not require appointment. No waiting time at 9:15 am. Friendly and professional staff. Will definitely consider for future medical needs.

I have been calling this place for the last two days and get no answer, is this place still in business? I am a patient and cannot get a hold of my doctor nor the facility.
