I went to Dr Estrada for my first Botox treatment and he was amazing. He was so nice and really helpful, which meant a lot since I was nervous. On my first visit I told him I wanted to think about it and do more research, and instead of pressuring me he encouraged it. That alone gave me a lot of trust in him. When I came back after a long day he still took his time, answered every question, and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment didn't hurt at all, I didn't bruise, and the results turned out great. If it's your first time with Botox or even just your first time seeing a dermatologist, I completely recommend Dr Estrada. He made the whole experience comfortable and stress free.

This is a great office in Kyle, I've had to see them several times over the years and it's always the same great experience. They're so fast and efficient. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes on arrival to be seen by the doctor. Office is always clean and polite administrative staff. The best part is the treatment received, the doctors and nurses always exceed expectations. Colloquially speaking, if you need somethin zapped, popped or removed, they will figure it out and then knock it out quick and clean. Overall, they are great skin doctors and I always have a great office visit experience in Kyle. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience today at ED in Kyle. The accommodated my schedule perfectly and actually saw me early. The office was clean and efficient. Dr. Jack was professional and prompt. I can't remember the last Dr.'s appointment that took less than half an hour and met all my needs. Thanks so much for the good care!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jack for a few years now for skin checks and melanoma prevention! He’s been amazing! He takes the time to get to know your moles, and he listens to you! I highly recommend Dr. Jack!

Very nice staff and doctor, clean office and they listen to your needs wants and concerns. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is when calling to make an appointment there is one girl that man she seems to always be having a terrible day. by the way she answers is so rude. every time I call I always get her so idk if she's the only one there or I have no luck.
