I have been a customer at the Royal Oaks location for 2 years and as long as Robin is there I will remain a loyal customer because I always have a 10/10 experience! The facility is always clean and staff is friendly with greetings and additional offers or information. Robin is very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I was able to learn how to properly complete my skincare to get the best results from my regular wax sessions and this was a game changer for me! I travel a lot for work so I previously would go to whatever location/specialist that was close and available and Robin was the first professional to extensively explain how to achieve the best skincare results of maintaining my skin after a wax to the point that I have achieved results that I am soo happy with so thank you to

Was serviced by Jacara on 1/8/26 she was very sweet, kind and gentle to the touch. She checked throughout the service to make sure I was comfortable. She is awesome! Not to mention very through as well! Love the results of my wax.
