My mother was sent here to gain strentgh, and I regret not stopping this transfer. Not only did they LOSE her cancer medication, so her cancer spread 10x faster than it should have. They were so filthy, the hallways reaked of piss (they kept the front entrance clean and smelling nice) then the smell would hit you when you walked through the doors. One of my visits there, they had a garbage bag full of piss sitting on the empty bed next to my mother. Which in turn I was told word for word that I would be kicked out for documenting that. They were not taking care/changing her soiled gauze to the point of infection. She would send me text messages when I couldn't be there asking me to come help her, and get her out of that horrible place asap. I could go on and on about how bad this place is,

Friendly staff. Offered me hot tea! Good to their patients.

The staff is exceptionally helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. Student instructor and LVN, Susan works hard at her job as well as instilling the importance of great ethics in each students future employment path. I believe Eureka Rehab truly cares about their residents as well as staff⚕️

A very caring environment, with the highest quality of care to ensure the residents have the greatest chances for rehabilitation and direct care. I feel so ograteful to know there is a place for my loved ones and myself for when they are unable to care for themselves.. Thank you Eureka Rehab <3 <3

Can be very noisey; however, food is good. They are there to take care of your showering needs, cleaning your bed and laundry. The CNA's work very hard to make your stay comfortable and the Physical Therapist builds your body and the Occupational Therapist makes sure all your home needs are met!
