Amazing, nursing assistant has such a great personality, very thorough and cheerful efficient Dr. so professional and articulate in connecting the dots. That was the fastest easiest doctors appointment I have ever been to front desk. Staff was busy and seemed just very straightforward. I wouldn’t say friendly. I wouldn’t say mean but maybe a little cheerfulness at the front desk would be nicer. I won’t knock her because she had a lot of paperwork going on so everybody has their day overall in and out so quick treated clean Office easy parking literally the easiest best doctors appointment I’ve ever had.

Dr Ko is the best and treated my 90 yo mom with compassion. He was gentle with her feet, made sure she was comfortable. He and I talked about Wordle, gave me advice on nail care. A very sweet young man.

Dr Yates is so great. He is kind, knowledgeable, explains everything in a way that you understand, his costs are fair & appropriate, he helps find the best treatment options for you. I highly recommend him. I have taken my husband and my son to him now. Both of them really liked him.

Thomas Yates is a wonderful podiatrist. He has a professional and kind bedside manner and his techniques are very forward thinking. He has excellent attention to detail. I had an extensively diseased joint in my toe cleaned up and my toe straightened and while it was not a pleasant surgery, the post op course went well and the results have been great. The staff in this office are professional and kind. Wait times are minimal. I would highly recommend this practice for your podiatry needs.

I am a DSP and took a client in. We checked in at the requested time. We were there over an hour waiting for the Dr to come in. When he finally arrived he was in a total on 3 minutes before he left. My client has real issues with her feet and has had treatment for years. She’s moved to Eugene and really needed help both the pain in her feet. It was such a bad experience. She felt dismissed and the Dr hardly asked her anything. She has noticeable foot deformities and he recommended orthotics from Amazon?! She definitely deserves better. I do not recommend this place. Very disappointed. She has OHP and Medicare not sure if that had anything to do with it? But we called her primary care immediately after to request a referral to another Dr. Just an awful experience. Go back to school Dr Ko or
