Eugene Kids' Dentist

Absolutely amazing office. Today was our first visit and everyone was so polite. All the workers from the moment we walked in all had smiles, friendly faces, were all very welcoming. So glad we chose to come here!

I have been trying to get my child’s tooth fixed for three weeks, they don’t call you back in a timely manner and now they are telling me we can’t be seen for two more weeks for an abscess tooth. I didn’t agree with capping more teeth than the original agreement so the Springfield dentist who’s available immediately refuses ALL treatment because I won’t blindly agree to them drilling holes in her teeth. He won’t help the actual problem because I didn’t agree to fix ALL of his whims without a consult. Find a different dentist. My child has an abscess tooth, she’s in pain and they insist it’s fine and can wait.

The staff at Eugene Kids Dentist not only helped get my children set up to be patient but got us in within just a couple of weeks. They do take children’s Oregon health plan, which is a huge bonus for anyone looking. All 3 of my children were able to be seen, ranging from age 2 to 9 years old. I highly recommend Eugene Kids’ Dentist.

Always have enjoyed the energy and atmosphere of this office! Staff has always been helpful and comforting with making sure the kids feel safe and handle procedures well! Dentist Whiting has always been so empathetic and mindful of the kids and how they will need comforted. Thank you so much for such a great experience every time!

The employees were very nice. My 5 and 2 year old did a great job. Everyone was very gentle with my two children and explained all the questions I had as well since we just moved here from Germany and things are handled differently. I am grateful my children had a great experience and are EXCITED to return to this dentist. ❤️
