Essex Pediatrics

We brought our 1 month old as a first time patient and Dr. Zambrano came into the room and got straight to business, did not even introduce herself. On our 2nd visit she seemed annoyed with our baby crying because she could not examine his stomach like that. She said she could go to the next patient while we settled him and I thought that was inappropriate being we waited so long to see her and could be discussing other concerns we had in the meantime. She doesn’t come off as friendly as we’d like being that she deals with children. If you don’t mind that, then she might be right for your family but she isn’t right for ours

Dr. Zambrano has a philosophy of care that listens to the parents and cares for her little patients. This office is amazing, from the front desk staff, nurses and physicians, specifically Dr. Zambrano. We travel far to come see her and it's totally worth it. The office is clean and the scheduling is great, it's never crowed. Also, if at any time you need their services just call them and they will have you come in or they will do a virtual appointment. Great people here!

What can’t I say about this doctor. Staff are very professional always treat me kind. My youngest daughter been a patient here since she was a baby and no she 13. Office very clean and organized. Never had a problem. Angel is an awesome doctor and so is doctor Zambrano. These guys are amazing. My son also comes here as well. He’s 17 now. I even got my grand babies their too. You guys rock thank u for taking care of my kids and grandkids

I love this place! I was actually a student here a few years ago for my pediatric rotation while in physician assistant school.... so I got to see first hand the excellent work these ladies do. This place is absolutely excellent. The exams are extremely thorough! They know their patients very well and connect with them on a whole other level! Once I had my baby, I chose Essex pediatrics in East Orange to care for my first born. We travel all the way from Jersey City, so you already know how much I trust and respect everyone here. The front staff, the medical assistant, PAs, and Dr. Z get 5 stars!

Dr. Zambrano and Angel are so AMAZING! Best pediatrician in Essex County. She was my pediatrician and now she takes care of my princesses. The office is always clean and their staff is courteous/pleasant.
