On Monday I had the most amazing massage ever with Katelyn. I had been in a lot of pain with my SI joint and got a deep tissue massage. I walked in limping and walked out feeling so much better. She had the perfect amount of pressure. Very professional. I can't say enough about her. She was great! A massage with her will definitely be a regular on my calendar. Thank you Katelyn

I had a disappointing experience at this massage center. I booked a deep tissue massage, but it did not meet my expectations at all. The pressure and technique were not effective, and I didn’t feel any relief afterward. It honestly felt like a waste of money. I went to another place this morning for another deep tissue massage, and I immediately felt much better. That confirmed that the first massage was not done properly.

Um honestly so disappointed that I spent almost $400 for the most subpar spa experience I’ve ever had. I got 2 facial/ massage spa packages for my mom and I as a Christmas/ Birthday gift and it was not good for most parts from start to finish. - Took me 3 different times to call to even book the initial appointment because the front office girls didn’t know the prices to anything and didn’t have information on anything I asked. I was finally able to book with Sarah the manager who was lovely - As soon as we came in I asked if there were forms to fill out massage/ facial preferences and again front desk had no clue and said “no”, despite this being untrue (my mom speaks Spanish so I was banking on the forms for her therapist’s to know her needs and had to quickly translate - We were told t

I went for a 60 minute therapeutic massage this week and unfortunately left disappointed. I had asked about the pressure difference between Swedish, therapeutic, and deep tissue and was told that the therapeutic massage had deeper pressure than the Swedish. That was not my experience, as the therapist barely addressed any of my knots or used much pressure at all. When asked, I said my lower back had been bothering me and I wanted some focus there, as well as my neck and shoulders. I think more time was spent on my feet than my back.

Heidi and Asha were absolutely amazing. Asha and Heidi both communicated well with me the entire visit; they told me what they were doing and why, what was in the products they were using and the benefits to them, and had lovely conversation with both ladies about their cats! Haha. I feel like a new woman after my massage and facial. Would highly recommend going to see either or both!
