It’s not letting me give 0 stars. What a horrible experience. Came here for a one hour full body massage. They asked me to pay $70 upfront. First red flag. The massage itself started out pretty good. Joy was working on all the knots in my back. Just like that, they replaced her with someone else. They thought that I wouldn’t notice because both were wearing the same pink color. The second masseuse was not good at all and tried to deny she is not Joy. After 10-15 mins, she started demanding tips. This is even before completing the massage. And she said she wants $20 for both Joy and her. That was enough red flags. I walked out. What could have been a relaxing turned into a sour experience. Essentially, they robbed $70 for a 40 massage. Complete fraud. (Most likely they will pay and delet

PLEASE DON'T GO. I'm really disappointed. I had a 7 PM deep tissue massage appointment and arrived by 6:55 PM. When I called, I said I would arrive by 6:50 PM to allow for any paperwork (as usual spa wants to fill out). When I got there, they took a walk-in customer before me and asked me to come back in 30 minutes. I said I couldn’t do that and questioned why they even take reservations. I believe reservations is the priority than walk-in. They asked me three times what I really wanted. I believe that reservation customers should have priority. I said I want to start my massage at 7.PM. Anyway, After a 10-minute delay, the massage started. I felt It wasn’t deep tissue; I requested a stronger and harder massage to therapist.
