Genuinely the worst medical network I have ever dealt with in my life. I have never had a good experience. I always feel like my needs are being ignored. Care is halfassed. Very clear that this company cares more about profits than patients. I really hope that this god-forsaken network gets shut down. Its no surprise that every single one of their offices has bad reviews.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my son. He's 30 years old,has a history of systemic juvenile rheumatoid arthritis since the age of 4y/o,and to date has a severe systemic inflammatory condition. Presently he is unable to walk and do basic daily activities. He's practically homebound/wheelchair with many limitations. Because of these physical limitations he was referred to "Essen Health Care" , a medical service that provides home visits from nurse practitioners. Nurse Practitioners are professionals who,I believe, in New York State, work independently and not under a medical doctor's license. The nurse practitioner has the authority to write prescriptions,diagnose medical conditions,make referrals, a nurse practitioner can do many things a medical doctor is able to do for a patient.

if i can give this place negative stars i would.. this location never informs patients of the status of the doctors. doctors come and go and patients never know until they are there for a appt and no one to see them. seconds they medication prescribed to pharmacy its always in issue with not being sent then its hard to get in contact with someone to get it done. everyone here is incompetent in doing their job efficiently . they schedule you for appointment that are always incorrect. referrals are always off. people waist there time going to the appointments they "book" and when you get there there is no appt for the patients. speaking to a supervisor you can forget about it you send countless messages and no one never gets back to you. last but not lease they schedule appt for patients at

Your call center service is so terrible, I was trying to make an appointment, and this Call center agent named Fatima, gave a terrible, service she has very bad communication skills, could not speak respectfully, and could not communicate clearly, and when could not deliver, she hanged up the phone… I changed my mind on getting my primary doctor with you, you need to evaluate people you get to schedule appointments for your doctors!!! Very time consuming and unprofessional!!!!

Dr. Arun Sunny is a great doctor. He really listens and tries to find the best solution for medical care for his patients. I'm so glad that he is serving our community and helping to keep us healthy.
