Essen Health Care - Parkchester Medical Office

This is the worst place! The Dr isn't trustworthy and many more issues. They recently changed to just pediatrics and women's health. I thought that would be an improvement. Instead, they are withholding information that is very important and continue to delay filling out a form. This is unheard of as all Doctors complete the physical form at the physical appointment. I also wasn't informed it would take 3-5 days for them to actually do their job and complete the form required for school. Being the medical info is being withheld I will be making a complaint to the medical board due this unethical practice. Do Not Go Here!!!!

Today i take my baby to white plains location to check if he has a problem in his leg, sometimes it looks like he is limping. last wk he tried a new shoe and it looks like it was little bit tight. He does have any history of fall. But NP refused to see my baby , she told the assistant i need to take him to ER. I requested the assistant to told the NP to check atleast once. If she still say i have to go to ER i will go but they didn’t listen. Few months earlier my other baby got scrached to his face while he was playing in park. I took him to see the NP and same thing she told me , i have to take him to ER , it was head injury(!?) , face comes with head. My baby is completly fine , it was just a scratch! If she scared to see the patient then why she is practicing ! She only can do physica

I regret the day I went to this place. I have no problem with the Doctors, however I'm been harassed by this company. I kept getting bills that I always just go ahead and pay. however one day I looked at the date of service and realized I was paying bills for dates I didn't see the Doctor. I called them and my insurance and have the charges removed. I thought that was the end of it. Almost every month they keep calling saying my insurance say I need to do this and that which is a lie. I stopped using their service almost a year now and am still getting bills. I am frustrated and tired of this.

I wasn't feeling well I went to Essen on1381 White Plains Road it was really truly a wonderful experience the girls in the front Melissa and Cynthia were the most comforting and professional pair I had the pleasure of meeting ,they were very quick efficient in getting my vitals, assessing me and were very empathetic and attentive. My blood work was painless and quick. The doctor was wonderful too. I wish they had primary care. Thank you so much.

The covid test is done very quickly and the results are excellent in 15 minutes. But my courage is that I tested positive for covid and today is February 15 and the doctor has not sent the prescription for the drugs to my pharmacy. Today, February 15, schedule a appointment for 5pm and the doctor doesn't even call. So you want this virus to stop? the firsts who fail are doctors like the one I am waiting to treat me. I do not recommend it
