Dr. Elizabeth Maylack was the only reason why I kept going to this place to begin with. She was so kind and understanding. a complete contrast of the rest of the staff. They were unprofessional and didn’t make me feel welcome. Almost like they were annoyed that i was there to begin with. Babylane in particular is incredibly rude. i dread having to call in to make an appointment because she makes the interaction so draining. Most of the time, she doesn’t even say “bye”. Just hangs up the phone. The staff is honestly just as bad. they have no patience and will act as if you are the biggest inconvenience to have walked into the office. Going to the doctor’s office can be a vulnerable moment for most people and this clinic made it so uncomfortable to receive care. i might as well resort to

I’ve been a patient at this office for over 5 years, and sadly, I can no longer recommend it. Ever since Dr. Elizabeth Maylack, D.O. left, the quality of care and professionalism has drastically declined. I came in for a rash on my leg, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. A skin sample was taken, but the nurse practitioner seemed unsure of what she was doing. Dr. Morale briefly consulted but quickly left the room. I never received follow-up or results, and eventually I was told the sample was “insufficient” — which points to poor handling on their part. As a Black woman, I often feel overlooked in healthcare settings, and this office was no exception. When I tried to express my concerns to the office manager, she was dismissive and unprofessional. 1 Star Avoid this location at all costs. I’ve been with Esse Health for years and always received respectful, quality care—until I was transferred to this office after my previous doctor left. What I experienced here was completely unprofessional, demeaning, and unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff treated me with attitude and condescension. When I handed over my insurance cards, I was met with an eye roll and a scoff, as if I was inconveniencing them by simply following instructions. I was stunned—this was my first time at this location, and I was already being talked down to and disrespected. This office has extremely gone down here since I have been a patient here for 4 years and in the last year honestly I never want to go back. The staff is extremely rude, phones are never answered or they won't give you a call back. I unfortunately lost the doctor I was staying at this place for and the next day that office made sure all my prescriptions were cancelled and when I called about it told me it was because I don't do a check up every 6 months! I have never heard this in my life before!!! And was never told this until that phone call for 4 years!. I also was yelled at over the phone by the prescription nurse that I should have known this was gonna happen. I have daily medication I have to take for my medical conditions and this office just cares about getting their money. Please

Ridiculous and unprofessional practice. Babylaine was beyond rude to me on the phone when listing my symptoms and did not pass my message on to the doctor until I called three times. Apparently they don’t take sick patients. I was told I had to wait a month and a half for an appointment after I had been having symptoms for over a month. Emily basically yelled at me on the phone and was so condescending when I listed my symptoms to her. Absolutely no help was given to me. I was told everything was because of “the weather”. I was also told Dr. Maylack was “so busy” she could not call me back which is ridiculous. I will be finding another doctor ASAP.
