I am an anxious person, but from the moment walking into Brittany's class she makes you feel at ease. She is passionate about what she is teaching and you can feel that immensely as she speaks of her knowledge. During her breathe work during the class she was able to help move a blockage in my Root Chakra, I've known about the block for a while and even my working on it wasn't helping. Something I totally didn't expect to come up. I look forward to any classes I can attend with Brittany again. Highly recommend if you can attend any of her classes to do it!!
