The Benadent team was very helpful all the way from the insurance paperwork into the dental appointment they were attentive and caring from start to finish I felt safe , secure , welcomes and cared for the whole process was easy fun and went smooth I extracted 2 tooth and the doctor was amazing I can’t wait to be back to continue soon!

They do awful work! I have had problems with my full plate since day 1! The impressions went perfectly at the dentist. Get it and it won't even go into my mouth. 2 months later and i finally got it to go in without scratching my mouth. Then it cracked in half because it was ill fitted. Bonadent "fixed" it and it still doesn't fit and has markings like someone hammered it into ahape lol. This place is a joke for the amount they charge and the time it takes to get it back is ridiculous! This thing looks like my kid play doughed it back together and feels just as awful! I'll be going to someone that uses a different lab next time or aspen dental who make them in house!

definitetly slipping. They just sent us a crown that looked like Hellen Keller marked the margins. The esthetics were befitting of a $29 "overseas" special. No anatomy, flat, no staining. This is the second case to come like this. We managed to get the first one inserted, but we are not tolerating the most recent one. Not for the prices they charge. We sent the case back and they won't refund it because they want another chance to screw it up. Not with my patients, thank you. I am there to protect them from bad work. So, off it went to another lab and wouldn't you know it, it fit perfectly...and for half the cost. They respect their referring doctors very little, and the patient even less. I've had a partial for 22 years and when it broke I visited my dentist who uses Bonadent for partial constructions etc. These people are inept at knowing how to make a basic 2 tooth partial. 14 times now I've been to the dentist and still no solution. They've sent the wrong one every single time. Wrong clapse, wrong teeth locations, bad frames, wrong tooth color, 2 molds, 3 picture scans and still these people can't get it right. I'm a patient person, but they might be beyond help. Zero Stars
