My sister had an appointment with Marquetta S. Washington, ARNP at Errahs Consulting for a Social Security disability evaluation. Unfortunately, the experience was very unpleasant. The provider was dismissive and unprofessional, frequently rolling her eyes and making faces while my sister answered questions. She also seemed impatient and made my sister feel uncomfortable and disrespected during the exam. The physical exam felt unnecessarily rough. No one should be made to feel that way in a medical setting.

Took my client to see Marquetta today. She made him wait over 30 minutes while she chatted it up on the phone. She used all of her big words that made HER feel smart, but when he didn't know what a word meant, made HIM feel dumb for asking. This is not a nice person. Poor attitude, poor people skills, and an "I'm better than you" attitude rolling off of her the entire appointment. If you value yourself and want to continue to, please do not go see this woman! When you leave her office you will feel one inch tall. Who treats people this way??? Zero out of ten rating!!! Would not recommend!
