Erlanger Primary Care - Ringgold

Dr Haddock took me on during covid at the request of specialist in another office. At the time due to covid he really want taking new patient's but thankfully he took me on and has been great ever since.

First, when I made the appointment in 2024 it was discussed that I needed to wait till 2025 so that it would be covered as a wellness visit even though I would be new to the practice. On my visit, the nurse added things to my history that were incorrect some information I would have no knowledge of that yet she made it clear that I must have put it in, but she had not made an error. It was definitely an error. Then I get a bill for a regular office visit in which I spent over 2 months trying to get it corrected. I was told by the office manager that Dr. Pua would make the coding correction and it was taken care of. If there were anyway to leave something less than a 1 star, TRUST ME I would post it!!!! DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR HEALTH SAKE!!! I do NOT UNDERSTAND how the place is still in business! Ringgold, you have dropped to an all time low for allowing the business to be a part of the Ringgold community!!! They LIE They state that a referral has been issued, and 4 weeks later it still hasn't been sent. When asked to do a specific blood test. If it's something they don't want to, THEY DON'T!!! Go somewhere else! This place isn't worth it!

I tried to call and make a new patient appointment because I had only heard good things… when I called it was a different story. I spoke to an employee named Sydney who was very rude and seemed annoyed with simply answering the phone. I ended the call before making an appointment. I am very disappointed because I MYSELF work as a receptionist at a doctors office and have been for 5 years. I just wanted treatment and I’m a little let down because when I reached out for an appointment, it was a negative experience.

The nurses are all so sweet and have tried their best to help me. But my doctor seems like she doesn't care to much, even if her patient has been in pain. She hasn't called me once to discuss anything with me. It's so frustrating to be constantly waiting for a call that never comes so i have to keep calling... I don't know if she keeps forgetting or just doesn't look at her messages.
