CommonSpirit - Memorial Hospital - North Georgia

It's a beautiful hospital and the staff was ok. I don't feel like all of the proper tests were done. Every symptom I have screams covid or flu but they did not test for those. That's just odd to me because it is that time of year.

My doctor sent me in there for a chest x-ray and I am not exaggerating when I say from start to finish I wasn't even there 10 minutes and I went through the emergency room. This is such an efficient Hospital

Had to go to the ER at this hospital over the weekend. The facility is new (opened Jan 11) and not only is clean but is constantly being kept cleaned. Check-in was easy and fairly quick. All beds were full already back in the ER treatment areas so you are put in a triage type of area with recliners, partitions, etc. We preferred this over sitting in the waiting room. Registration, vitals, and initial tests were taken - saw the triage nurse, registration, RN, and the PA there, and within about 25-30 min they had a bed and room available. Medical assistance was excellent and on point. When we left (5 hours later) the waiting room was full.

Always a good experience! Doctor and staff are very professional and courteous. Very caring atmosphere!

The service was great after we got in a room. Had to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours which is too long for a person who is so sick they can’t sit up. In the hospitals defense, 2 ambulances came in and I understand they are a priority. But find some beds out of the way for the sickest in the waiting area to wait. The doctor and nurses were very thorough once I got to see them and by the time I left I was already feeling better.
