Great Environment. Very Welcoming Staff. Made me feel comfortable with the ideal of using Cpap machine. It’s been a year since my first appointment and I use my machine every night . I can feel the positive change in energy in the mornings ! Highly recommended!

Horrible experience with this woman. Abrupt, unfriendly and exhibited no interest in me as a person whatsoever. At times bordered on “smart aleck” attitude. Provided minimal education and seemed focused on coaching me to provide the “correct” answers to ensure my insurance would cover further testing - rather than discussing potential markers that suggest a risk of sleep apnea that would explain why testing was recommended. Afterwards, the summary of our visit posted to MyChart was blatantly false - claiming she discussed a variety of things with me that she in fact NEVER mentioned.

She was easy to discuss my breathing issues. Informed with details of how well I have doing with my cpap.

Was very professional. I found out there was an office closer to my home where she also works and she got me transferred to that office.

I had a wonderful experience at my Novant Sleep Medicine visit with Dr Erica Segers. Erica was extremely knowledgeable in the area of sleep medicine and a pleasure to have visited with. She was also thorough and very friendly!
