Erica Brotzman

Ive recently moved to Richmond and was in search of a dermatologist- Dr Brotzman was recommended and what a great decision. She is patient, very attentive and so knowledgeable- I would 100% recommend her if you're in need of a dermatologist-

I made an appointment 3 months prior, specifically telling the scheduler what I was coming for. When I went in, the nurse told me that what I was seeing them for was not covered with my insurance. The nurse was rude and tried to talk me into seeing the doctor anyway. If I had known I would have gone to another dermatologist. I wasted three months and of course it will be another three months before I can get in with another dermatologist.

She's so kind and really takes her time with you. I wish my other doctors were more like her.
