Previously gave them a 5 star. Been with them a long time, but now they have so many NEW patients that lord forbid if your child is on medicaid they book you out like 3 months!! Pathetic
Dr. Ketchum and his staff were very kind, comforting, and thorough with my 8 yr old's first eye exam. He's very good with children. We will definitely be returning to him for our vision exams again!

I love that Dr.Ketchum and his team aren’t about money grabbing from their customers.They’re about finding every way possible to save them money, going above and beyond for each person to find the best solution to meet their financial needs. The best eye Dr. Explains everything thoroughly. Staff is very friendly & makes you feel very comfortable. I recommend them to anyone! The Dr. & staff get 5 GOLD STAR'S & a big A+ on all there services.
The best and most thorough eye exam, by far. Dr. Ketchum explained health issues I am having with my eyes. He explained in detail also about macular degenerative disease. The staff was professional and personal. I loved the Christian music they played. Staff was extremely helpful in helping me choose frames and options I had. Very pleasant and informative.
