This use to be my go to phamacy for my medication, use to have wonderful service, timely, and courteous. Now, there's always at least 10 cars in line usually and if you go inside there's even more. And half of them are not saying nice things(put softly) to both the male and female pharmacist. Last month I lost my neurological medication. So, my physician sent in an emergency request refill for it. I talked to the lady pharmacist about it before it was filled. She has a very bad attitude and we traded nasty words. Long story short, she dumped/deleted the emergency refill and told me that she wasn't filling it till the original due date. I was quite sick for 10days because of it. She committed a federal offense by erasing my emergency refill(which I have proof that my doctor called in). I co

Been going to Brookshires Pharmacy and was never more humiliated then I was this morning ( July 28). I was told to pick up my refill. Got there they had no refill. Someone named Nicole who flashed her Badge in my face and slammed the window shut. She said I was there already and spoke to me like I was trying to get too many pills by telling me maybe I was taking too many. Instead of treating me with kindness over an obvious confusion,Iwill never go back left the window crying and felt like I was trying to get away with something

The level of incompetence is baffling. My husband has gotten prescription filled every 2 weeks thru workman's comp since MAY!!! And they can't seem to get it right. IT DOESNT TAKE HOURS IT TAKES DAYS!!! I have tried speaking with supervisor and it worked for that 1 time and now has gotten worse. The try to charge us then keep telling us "oh it will be ready in by such and such time and it ends up taking days. Try to explain that they have to call insurance not us and it seems to boggle their minds. It even says at the top of the paper script that it is workman comp. Pay attention!! Thankfully it is not a life threatening condition!!!

I can't speak for others, but I have a feeling most would not be fans of being told the medication they have been taking for over a year does not exist in that dosage just because whatever pharmacy tech answers the phone has not heard of it. CVS has been carrying it the entire time, it definitely exists, you went to school for this. Really bad way to start off a relationship with a new customer and you just lost me.

My 4 star review was not meant for your location. but for Quinlan and Greenville. I had my daughter pick up a prescription for me there using a discount coupon I texted to her because Quinlan didn't have it in stock...which happens frequently there. I have on file with Brookshires Pharm. that I use Good RX, Single Care or Blink when my UHC Medicare insurance won't cover adequately. Some of the techs check to make sure I save the most money on my prescription...which is really nice and helpful, but once in Greenville after I had already gotten home, I found I could have saved $30 on the 2 prescriptions I picked up there after leaving the ER. The other was in Quinlan...I could have saved $15 if they had checked the discount services I used on record. That bites with the runaway inflation we
