Ergo is a great place to do any sort of physical therapy. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. I worked with Ron after my ankle surgery and guided me to a full recovery. He is super knowledgable and answered all of the questions that i had.

My experience at Ergo Physical Therapy has been very positive so far. It is a well-run operation staffed by a team of professionals housed in a bright and clean facility in the heart of Forest Hills. Owner Ron Kassab is not only a distinguished looking sharply dressed expert, most importantly, he keeps a sharp eye on everything and attentive to all the patients around him. My therapist Anna Lombardi is simply the best. She asked detailed questions at evaluation, is very knowledgeable what has to be done and formulated a plan to get there. What can I say about the professionalism,friendliness and care but how great Ergo is The reception desk staff are friendly and professional. They treat you like you are best friends. The therapy staff again are professional,knowledgeable and really know their stuff. I had a herniated disk and fractured shoulder so I was under their care for a while. My therapists Anna,Brian and Chris were like family to me. I will continue to refer people to Ergo. I highly recommend Ergo.Bless them all

My experience with Ergo was horrible and disappointing. I scheduled a first-time physical therapy consultation with Ergo after researching highly rated providers and took time off work to attend. On the day of my appointment, I had difficulty locating the office and received minimal assistance when I called for directions, which resulted in my arrival being approximately 15 minutes late. Despite the circumstances, I was turned away due to a rigid tardiness policy, with no attempt to accommodate the situation or offer an alternative. Given the commute, the lack of helpful guidance from staff, and the physical pain I was experiencing, this response was disappointing and avoidable. A follow-up conversation with the owner Ron, reinforced this impression, as he was dismissive and inflexible
