Everything about this studio is amazing! The moment you walk in the door, you just feel calm. Ilene’s instruction is wonderful— not only do you learn what to do, you learn why and, if needed, how to modify for your body. Ilene wants you to listen to your body while engaging in understanding your body. I couldn’t recommend a better studio.

Ilene is a gem. She’s patient and makes corrections when needed. She keeps classes small to still provide a great level of attention. I’ve mostly done private sessions with her and have noticed a great amount of change and ability over my time with her.
