Eranga Cardiology, PA

This is a critique of the office operation and not the physician. I've been satisfied with his service. The office called me recently to ask me if I could reschedule my appointment. I said of course, no problem. Today I showed up for my rescheduled appointment and signed the registration sheet. I sat in the waiting room, as I usually do, and waited for them to call me. I observed patients who had arrived before me being called, seen by the doctor and leaving the office. I had been there waiting for approximately 40 minutes when a patient arrived, had a seat and was called in about 10 minutes. It was at this juncture that I thought there may be a problem. The office staff who were coming out for patients clearly saw me sitting there. I was angry at this point, so I left the office to avoid

I’ve had my appointments changed constantly by the Dover location, and have had to reschedule 2 separate appointments due to the snow blocking me in and then me giving birth. The practice is removing me as a patient due to “consistently missing appointments” which 5 of those have been the fault of the practice calling me day of or not at all to reschedule my appointments. When I finally got into my first appointment the doctor told me there was nothing wrong with me and “why are you even here” after waiting in his office for an HOUR. I was born with TGA, I now have other medical issues as result of my surgery. As to NO FAULT OF MY OWN, the practice is dropping me. Completely unprofessional.

Dr Eranga is the best cardiologist in Delaware. My husband has been seeing Dr Eranga for 3 years now, he is more thorough and takes his time answers all your questions. He visited my husband every morning when he was hospitalized, great bed side manner. Very caring and compassionate and he knows what he is talking about.

I've been a patient of Dr. Eranga since November 2015. Highly recommended. He has an awesome office staff and excellent physicians practice at Eranga Cardiology!!!
